Society launches sign language initiative to support hard of hearing customers
Eight Ipswich Building Society staff have completed a ten week training course to help them learn the basics of British Sign Language. Six of the Society's branches now have staff able to communicate with members who may have a hearing impairment.

Ipswich Building Society is celebrating the history and heritage of Sudbury with a mural depicting the Talbot Trail in their Sudbury branch, located on Market Hill. The Talbot Trail is a circular walk of 14 bronze sculptures presenting a light-hearted look at the history of the ancient market town with stories of events and characters through the ages.
