• Ian Sperrin = Legend
• BDM always available and always as helpful as he can be, one of the best that I have the pleasure to deal with
• Great lender to work with, just a shame the market is so competitive. We know Ipswich have a good place in the market for the right kind of clients
• Whilst I may not have used Ipswich that much, I do like the proposition as long as the product is the right one for my clients at the time
• Ian Sperrin my broker consultant, he is very good at getting back to me when needed and offers a very competitive service

Further to your conversation with my colleague and the mortgage offer, I just wanted to express my gratitude for all your help.
It isn't a particularly lucrative case, but it is the first case with this client, so the relationship is very valuable to me. I hope it will go through, but am eternally grateful for your help.

A Broker using Ipswich Building Society for the first time sent Lisa an e-mail saying he is very pleased with the progress of his application, and amongst his comments of "Brilliant !" and "I will give my client the good news" he said,

"I've been really impressed by the personal touch from everyone at the Ipswich".

Another of our Broker's expressed his gratitude to Sandra. The case he had submitted to us had come me up against a problem, so the broker telephoned us and provided further explanations. We were then able to look again at the whole case scenario, and agreed to proceed with the application. The broker was obviously very happy about this, and commented that -

"this is the beauty of using IBS - I can speak to actual human beings that care, and apply common sense wherever possible - the big lenders just do not offer this service."
