Maturing Mortgage Accounts

Approximately 4 months prior to maturity customers will be reminded that their mortgage payment is due to change and that an alternative scheme may be available. The notification acknowledges that the mortgage was arranged by an intermediary

Our aim is:

• to respond to customer feedback requesting more notice of change to mortgage payment on maturity.
• to improve our customer service to all mortgage members
• to treat customers fairly
