Ipswich Building Society was established in 1849 and has over 150 years of dealing with the savings and mortgage needs of the people of Suffolk. We currently employ over 100 staff sited over 10 locations across Suffolk.

Customer Service Assistants
Based at: Ipswich and surrounding branches
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus Saturdays by arrangement

Contact Centre Assistant (One Year Fixed Term contract)

Based at: Ipswich (The Havens, Ransomes Europark)
Hours of work: Required to work 35 hours per week between 8am - 6pm. Needs to be flexible with what shifts worked.
Plus Saturdays (between 8am - 1pm) on a rota basis
