We are an independent mutual that has been providing local people with savings and mortgages for over 160 years. It’s our traditional, core business. But there’s nothing old fashioned about being the first building society to have a twitter page and whose staff enjoy Wii fit facilities as part of our “Fit for Work” program.

We have won numerous awards such as the Best Regional Building Society (What Mortgage awards 2010) Anglian Business of the Year Award in 2009, the Healthy Ambitions Suffolk Gold Award and were highly commended in the Business in the Community Awards 2010.
