Outgoing Ipswich Building Society CEO, Paul Winter, pictured at Tudor Barn, Belstead to mark his retirement following 10 years as leader of the business. A respected member of Suffolk Business community Paul received an MBE in 2016 for his work in promoting skills training and employment chances for young people in east Suffolk and leaves a strong legacy of building a socially responsible business.
