Customer Experience Team Leader

To manage day to day branch operations enabling delivery of exceptional customer service to increase sales and retention rates. This position is based in the East of the region covering both Woodbridge and Aldeburgh Branches. 35 hours to be worked Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Saturday's by arrangement. An extra payment is made for these hours worked.

To design and implement effective MI Reporting using SQL Server & MS 6 Month Contract based at our Head Office in Ipswich, Suffolk. Hours worked 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
