Enjoy a private tour with a visit the world’s first operational radar station which played a pivotal role in the Battle of Britain in 1940.

Members will enjoy a private guided tour of Bawdsey Radar, the world’s first operational radar station. Discover the history of global radar and how this transmitter block played a vital role upon its opening in 1937.
The visit last around 1.5 hours and will include hot drinks at the end.
Accessibility: The tour is suitable for wheelchair users and members with accessibility requirements.
