Blacksmith Workshop Tour

Enjoy a visit to Kingdom Forge, a blacksmithing and engineering workshop.

 

WHEN: Saturday 16 February at 1pm
WHERE: Kingdom Forge, Manor Barns, The Street, Brundish IP13 8BL
COST: £5.00

 

The visit will include a brief history of blacksmithing, a tour of the workshop which includes Victorian forging machinery and the opportunity to create a little something to take home. The tour will last around 4 hours with tea and coffee provided.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Health and Safety advice given upon arrival must be adhered to and study footwear/walking boots will be needed due to the nature of the workshop.

 

Accessibility: The workshop welcomes those with accessibility requirements – please advise upon registration. The workshop is located on ground floor level but viewing of some machinery may be restricted for wheelchair users.
