Later life mortgages drop-in session

Thu 23-May-2019 4:00 pm

If you're a homeowner aged 50 or over, there are many reasons why you might consider taking out a mortgage in later life or into retirement - perhaps you're looking to release funds to help children or grandchildren onto the property ladder, move to your perfect home or purchase a static caravan or motorhome to kick off your retirement - whatever you might be looking to borrow for, we may be able to help or give you advice on what to do next.

We’re hosting an informal drop-in session at our Mutual House branch – you can pop in at any time and speak to one of our experts about your plans, thoughts or any questions you might have.

We'll have property professionals and mortgage maestros on hand to talk you through everything you need to know - our friendly team will be able to provide you with free, no obligation advice on your options. And remember, we’re not here to sell you anything – it’s all about raising awareness and helping you to chart your own path to where you need to be.

That said, you’re of course more than welcome to take a look at our current range mortgages to see whether there’s anything that might fit the bill, and also take away a copy of our guide to later life lending for further reading.

This event is free and open to all, but particularly aimed at those aged 50 and over. And of course, by way of apology for making you late for your dinner we’ll be serving all of the customary refreshments including teas, coffees and nibbles.

There’s no need to formally register for this event – simply drop in and say hello! If you have any questions please send them through to and we'll get back to you.
